A message from the Superintendent regarding fires

La Habra Families,

As you are aware, there are two fires burning in our surrounding communities and our thoughts and prayers go out to the families who are in the fire area. We also appreciate the dedicated firefighters who have been working around the clock to contain the fires.

We believe our students and staff are not in danger and we will continue to have our TK - 2, and Special Day Class Students return for in-person learning. ASES and KidZone will also be operating. Students will remain indoors throughout the day and as always, masks will be worn and social distancing will be practiced.

We will continue to serve grab and go lunches after each cohort and Walnut and Washington Middle School will also provide grab and go lunches for virtual students.

We will monitor the situation throughout the day and keep our families informed.
