Short-Term Independent Study
The La Habra City School District strives to provide options for students and their families when there are unforseen circumstances that prevent the student's ability to attend school. When a family knows in advance that their child will miss 3 or more consecutive days of school, parents and guardians have the option of requesting Short-Term Independent Study. This optional program gives students the opportunity to complete assignments so that they do not fall behind in school work. In addtion, this program also prevents your school from losing funding based on student attendance.
