Imperial Middle School is excited to welcome our incoming 6th graders—our newest Future Knights—into a vibrant learning community where creativity, confidence, and connection thrive. One of the highlights of the 6th-grade experience is our strong lineup of visual and performing arts electives, designed to help students discover their talents and express themselves in meaningful ways.
Students can explore Visual Art and Digital Art, creating drawings, paintings, sculptures, and digital designs using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and drawing tablets. Many student artists proudly showcase their work at school and district art shows and submit pieces to competitions. For students interested in performance, Theater Arts builds confidence through acting, scriptwriting, and live productions, while Choir, Band, and Strings offer opportunities to make music, perform on stage, and develop teamwork and dedication.
