Four LHCSD Schools Earn PBIS Recognition

We are proud to share that four La Habra City School District schools have been recognized by the California PBIS Coalition for their work in creating positive and supportive learning environments.

El Cerrito Elementary and Imperial Middle School earned Platinum Recognition, Las Lomas Elementary received Gold Recognition, and Washington Middle School received Silver Recognition.

PBIS, or Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, helps schools create clear and consistent expectations for student behavior. Through positive reinforcement, restorative practices, and strong collaboration among staff, students, and families, PBIS helps build school communities where students feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.

These awards reflect the daily work taking place across our campuses. We congratulate the students, staff, and families of El Cerrito, Imperial, Las Lomas, and Washington on this well-deserved recognition. Thank you for helping make our schools welcoming places where every student can learn, grow, and succeed.
