Las Positas recently hosted an unforgettable Open House that celebrated the remarkable achievements of our students and teachers. Despite the rain, families showed up in large numbers, demonstrating their strong support and enthusiasm for the school community.
Classrooms were filled with vibrant student projects, interactive displays, and collaborative work that reflected the spirit of inquiry at the core of our IB Primary Years Programme (PYP). From colorful art pieces to thoughtful science experiments, it was clear that students are fully engaged in their learning journey.
Teachers guided families through the exhibits, highlighting how students are developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills through real-world, inquiry-based experiences. The pride in student work was evident, and the positive feedback from families underscored the impact of the dedication seen daily in our classrooms.
