Did you know that birth to five is a time of tremendous brain development and that every interaction has a great impact on a child's development?  These moments are the foundation for growth, development of an eagerness to learn, and preparedness for success in Kindergarten and beyond.

La Habra's Little Learners is a community of educators, families, and caring community members with a joint vision: that La Habra's children are socially, emotionally, and academically ready for school, and ready to live their dreams to the fullest!

We celebrate the importance of play and believe that a child's family are their first advocates. We are focused on transforming La Habra into a child-centered community through parent advocacy trainings, community engagement, and improving conditions for children and families.  We utilize the Early Development Index (EDI) data to organize our efforts as we work to build systems of support for children and families.

If this sounds like something that you are passionate about, please consider participating in the La Habra's Little Learners Task Force.  Your participation is critical to creating stronger early learning centers, empowered families, and a more powerful voice for our neighborhoods.
